  • Full legal name, date of birth, and last four digits of your Social Security Number
  • Current mailing address, email address, and phone number
  • A photo of your government-issued identification document
  • Your electronic signature on the investigator agreement
  • Your IP address and browser information (for e-signature audit purposes)

How We Use Your Information

Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of filing and processing your unclaimed property claim with the State of California. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is shared only with the California State Controller's Office as required to file your claim.

Data Security

All data transmitted through our portal is encrypted using industry-standard TLS encryption. Uploaded documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage with access restricted to authorized personnel involved in processing your claim.
